Sente to Discuss Budget, Legislative Priorities with Residents at Wheeling Small Business

VERNON HILLS, Ill. – State Rep. Carol Sente, D-Vernon Hills, is hosting a #CarolsCoffee to meet with area residents and discuss state and local issues over coffee on Saturday, March 25, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the Market Square Restaurant, located at 600 W. Dundee Rd. in Wheeling.

“There are many important pieces of legislation and issues being debated in Springfield, most importantly a solution to our state’s lack of a budget, that I want to discuss with local residents,” Sente said. “My #CarolsCoffee provide residents a chance to share their ideas and concerns with me in a relaxed setting, while also helping spotlight many of the small businesses that serve our community. Anyone even remotely interested in the future of our state or learning more about local issues is strongly encouraged to attend.”

Sente will be available to answer questions and address concerns that local residents may have, and to provide updates on the spring legislative session.
