Sente Announces District Office Open House and Town Hall Meeting

VERNON HILLS, Ill. – State Rep. Carol Sente, D-Vernon Hills, is inviting residents to attend her combined open house and town hall meeting on the evening of Thursday, June 18, at the Laschen Community Center in Vernon Hills

“There is so much at stake in Illinois government right now, so I am hopeful constituents will use this opportunity to help me in making sure their voices are heard at the Capitol,” Sente said. “The General Assembly’s work is far from done, and I am prepared to return to the Capitol with resident feedback from our event in order to finish our work and support measures that will protect middle-class families.”

Residents will receive an update on the legislature’s spring session. There will be an opportunity at the event for attendees to share their thoughts on important issues facing the state and community. Free refreshments will be served at the open house that is scheduled to occur immediately before and after the town hall meeting. Please note the event has been rescheduled from the date announced earlier this month.
