Sente Invites Community Feedback at Lincolnshire Coffee Shop Stop

VERNON HILLS, Ill. – State Rep. Carol Sente, D-Vernon Hills, is using her time away from the Capitol to stay connected with local residents through her signature coffee shop stops. Sente’s next gathering is scheduled for Saturday, May 2, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., at Bonta Restaurant, located at 430 N. Milwaukee Ave. in Lincolnshire.

“Over the coming weeks, as the General Assembly delves into the budget, many difficult decisions will need to be made as we work to protect funding for the critical services and programs that our seniors, veterans and disabled depend on,” Sente said. “Our candid dialogue will serve as an opportunity for constituents with budget or other legislative concerns to identify their priorities, as well as to hear an update on what has happened this session.”
